What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in may be available upon request.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Guests have access to free on-site parking directly at the property.

Do you allow pets?

We love animals, but unfortunately this is a pet-free space to ensure comfort for all guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 60 days or more before your stay are fully refundable. Within 60 days, the booking becomes non-refundable.

Outdoor spaces including the pool and garden are shared among all guests on the property — we ask that everyone is considerate of their neighbors and maintains a respectful atmosphere in all common areas.

How do I access the property?

You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before your arrival.

Booking Policies

We’ve kept things simple so you can book with confidence.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your check-in date. Direct bookings are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App. All rates are listed in USD. Bookings made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO are subject to those platforms' payment terms.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
- No unauthorized events or gatherings without prior approval — event fees may apply
- No smoking inside the villas
- Pets are not permitted
- Noise must be kept to a respectful level after 10PM
- Villas are privately managed — please treat the space as you would your own home
Guests are responsible for any damages. The Escape Ghana reserves the right to invoice for additional costs where applicable.
